We provide teletherapy through a secure platform to individuals that live anywhere in the state of Florida and New York.

During our first session, we will explore your therapy goals and review where you are currently. We will discuss the presenting challenges and symptoms, and explore the resources you have around and within you to utilize while we begin your self-growth journey. We will also review important safety and emergency information. At the end of this session, we will develop a mutually agreed upon treatment plan and schedule additional sessions to get started.
